Postage
The cost of postage is included in all orders unless otherwise stated.
Rightclick Imaging aims to process your order within 1 - 5 Days depending on the Item. We then aim to dispatch all orders within one working day after processing and cleared payment.
Rightclick Imaging will determine the best delivery option for your order and circumstance. You will be notified of expected delivery time by phone or email on dispatch.
United Kingdom orders sent via Royal Mail First Class or Recorded "Signed For" usually arrive within two working days to most UK mainland addresses. However, Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery times or provide tracking for either service and your order may take longer to be delivered. Royal Mail do not consider First Class mail to be lost or late until 15 working days after dispatch so we are unable to investigate claims for delayed or missing orders within this time.
International orders sent via Airmail usually arrive within two weeks within Europe or three weeks to most other parts of the world. However, Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery times or provide tracking for Airmail and your order may take longer to be delivered. Royal Mail do not consider Airmial to be lost or late until 25 working days after dispatch so we are unable to investigate claims for delayed or missing orders within this time.
The above services are not tracked and we are unable to trace or investigate delayed or missing orders within the times shown.
